Your window and door objects will need to have a parameter for the glass area that gets automatically calculated based on your other window parameter settings (i.e. frame width).

Then in the "fields" section of your schedule settings you can press "additional parameters" and search for this glass area field in one of your window objects.
Once it is in the list of parameters for output you can turn on the button to the right to give you a sum total of the values.

You will need exactly the same parameter in all of your window and door objects otherwise it will just list blank in the schedule.

If you don't have a separate glass area parameter then the best you can get is the overall frame area.
How do get this self calculating parameter? Can you explain please! (sample *.pln file would be wonderful)
I cant find, nor create such parameter that will calculate the glazed area of a door or window so that I can list it.

Barry has shown in his post how to get it, although he has shown only the end result of the needed parameter being added to the Fields to be scheduled.

What you need to do is click the Additional Parameters button (in AC17 click the down pointing Arrow at the right of the Add button and select the Add Object Parameters option to do the same) in the Fields panel of the Scheme Settings Dialog and in the Dialog that opens, select from the tree structure one of the Windows that you use. In the lower left pane of the Dialog all parameters of that GDL Object will be listed.
You need to find the gs_list_glassarea parameter and click the Add button then click OK to leave the Dialog.
This way this

Hi,
as far as I can see this parameter doesn't calculate the glass area, am I right?
Is it possible with a parameter that does this automatically?

You should report this to your local reseller in Norway so it will get to GS HQ.
It will probably be a good idea to attach the problematic file or object to the email.
