Please it is important! I need to use Archistair!! but it says that the add-on is outdated!! i download the student version from myarchicad for archicad 15!

Please start GSReport on the computer where you installed ArchiStair and save the report then send me (not Graphisoft!) this report.

I have the same problem too mr Diodati but in my case all the plug ins don't work.
The error says that: my version of the plug ins is obsolete and cannot work on my computer.

I've just downloaded archicad and all the plug ins today using my student license.
Thanks for your help

Same here, Archicad says plugins are obsolete.

JUst a bit strange that student from Italy are asking for help here instead of directly contact Cigraph (official Italian ArchiCAD Distributor and ArchiSuite Developer).
Anyway, unfortunately we are not able to reproduce the trouble (BTW, it has been already forwarded to GS) so it's really hard for us to fix it.
What I can say is that usually this strange behavior is the result of something of wrong with the ArchiCAD installation under Macintosh computers (all the people reporting this trouble are Mac users).
A lot of them, after reinstalling ArchiCAD solved the trouble.
On the other hand, I always ask for the GS Report because this is the only way to have a perfect report about the user configuration and, every time this trouble occurs I verified that the GS Report is reporting the same trouble about WIBU driver installation (see the attached image).
If a new fresh installation of ArchiCAD doesn't solve, usually it should be enough to install the WIBU software from the ArchiCAD DVD (or downloading it from the GS website... please pay attention we are talking about WIBU and not CODEMETER software).

Hoping sooner or later we will be able to understand this strange issue,

thans for such a supporting that you reply all of the problems in foroums completely!

Im new to archicad,My english is not as well as yours,I searched all the foroums but i didnt get the answer.

I copied the archisuite folder to the add-ons folder and start the archicad.i clicked on the Archisuite in Design EXtras!

but i saw the erorre code 105 code

I unistal the WIBUKEY32 and install the CodeMeterRuntime32
but the ARchisuite in Design Extras dissapeard!
could u please help me with that?

That error just means you downloaded the FULL versions (not the Student ones)!
In order to use the FULL versions you need a dongle programmed in order to let you use the software.

You meant that if I download the Demo version of the Archisuite it works?

I'm really sorry but I'm not able to understand your point (!).

If you are a student, then you can download our student products from MyArchiCAD (and only from here!).

If you already bought our software, then download the FULL versions.

If you want to try our software before to buy it... then download our Demo.

I don't see any other possibility.
