topic Editing Psets in Collaboration with other software

<T>I am working on the use of my own Psets to add additional data to elements, however because my work is evolving I often want to go back to my Pset and edit it.

When I do that it does not over-write the previous Pset information in the elements, but creates completely new Pset data, so the data I previously entered has to be transferred to the new Pset and the old one deleted from every element that it applies to.

Just deleting the Pset in the IFC manager does not remove the old data Pset from the elements. You need to select each element or at least groups of them and delete that way.

Is there an easier way of handling this kind of editing task?</T>

Do you define these Psets in the IFC Scheme Setup Dialog?
You should also try to delete them in the same Dialog, and not in the IFC Manager Dialog. Then the given Pset should be removed from all elements.
