ArchiCAD v Revit according to Star Wars

I've recently realised that many of Yoda's philosophical espousings on the Force etc, can be easily slotted into the discussions of ArchiCAD v Revit

Make the following substitutions for almost any discussion, and you'll be amazed!

Exchange:
"Jedi" with "ArchiCAD user"
"Dark Side" with "Revit"
"The Force" with "BIM"

Example
"A Jedi's [ArchiCAD user's] strength flows from the Force [BIM]. But beware of the dark [Revit] side. Anger...fear...aggression. The dark [Revit] side of the Force [BIM] are they. Easily they flow, quick to join you in a fight. If once you start down the dark [Revit] path, forever will it dominate your destiny, consume you it will, as it did Obi-Wan's apprentice." Luke then says, "Vader. Is the dark [Revit] side stronger?" to which Yoda replies "No...no...no. Quicker, easier, more seductive." And Luke again asks "But how am I to know the good side from the bad?" and Yoda replies "You will know. When you are calm, at peace. Passive. A Jedi [ArchiCAD user] uses the Force [BIM] for knowledge and defense, never for attack."

LOL...

Been using AC since 7 and Revit since Autodesk took over... I see the strength and weakness on both sides of the force...

For now though, the work is in Revit....not much work on the AC side...Guess instead of a Sith or a Jedi you can call me a mercenary... 😉

You'd also have to rename the droids.

C3PO = C3DO
R2D2 = R3D2

Here's another droid naming convention:

C3PO = C3DO (this one's good...like it)
R2D2 = R2D23D

get it? R "2D" to "3D"....huh, huh..
