    <description>Have a look in 3D how the walls connect.&lt;BR /&gt;
You will find that the net area does not include the p&lt;BR /&gt;
art that is from the adjacent wall.&lt;BR /&gt;

My walls are all the same length (2.0m x 2.0m) but the difference in the 2 smaller net areas is because the walls are at slightly different angles.&lt;BR /&gt;

I have a wall with no openings and Net Area is not equal to Gross Area which it should be.&lt;BR /&gt;
I feel I missed something basic here...&lt;BR /&gt;
