You could try converting the Object to a Morph, then using the Modify Segmentation... > Fewer Segments command to reduce the polygon count. In my own limited experience with Sketch-Up models, I have found them too polygon engorged to be useful.

<T>Hi All,

I've just discovered Google Warehouse, and tried to import some furniture models into Archicad. The only problem is the polygon count...one chair ended up being 30,000 polygons! Obviously not a good end result. Does anyone have any ideas about how to reduce the count, or is it just a bit of a waste of time to import Sketchup models into Archicad?</T>
