About as handy as cropping them down in PlotMaker I guess.

<T>I am using the interactive schedules to generate a graphic window and door legend. I am doing this to show what the window looks like. The problem is that I have too many windows and way too many doors to fit on a page. What I want to do is have it create a second row with half the windows on one row and the other half on the second. If the schedule was editable after it was placed in the drawing it wouldn’t be a problem I could just move half of the row down.

Another problem I am having with the interactive schedule tool is once the schedule is placed it won’t update the placed schedule I have to replace the schedule every time I change something. This isn’t a problem it is just a hassle.</T>

Unfortunately you are S.O.L. on the width issue.

To update an existing schedule, simply select it before you go back to Calculate>Interactive Schedule>Preview...>Update.

unless they are on different stories? you could set up two schedules, each with a 'by story' criteria . . . ? any good?
