How can I recover Plot maker files (AC 6.5) to ArchiCAD 20?

Open the plot maker files with ArchiCAD 10, save and open with ArchiCAD 20
You can use ArchiCAD 10 packages files converter

We had this discussion just a few weeks ago... and AC 10 (converter or otherwise) cannot open plotmaker files from 6.5:

The File Converters can open PLN files back to version 4.5 ... but NOT LAY/PMK files. A gross oversight by Graphisoft. For 8.1 and 9 PMK/LAY files, there is this article on migration:
