Would printing help? You can print a list to .pdf and use that. ?

Publish a List to several different file types.
What file type would you like to have the List in ?

<T>Hello Everyone, Happy new Year!

If anyone know, is there any chance to export a list (not a schedule) from ArchiCad to other format except .rtf? I'll be happy to have it for Excel, but I can't at this moment.

Thank you in advance,

Daniel</T>

Thanks Steve, for your reply. I tried to publish this list, but it is not allowed for excel.

I need it for Excel. Here is what I did:

1. I've saved the list in pdf file.
2. I've converted from pdf to excel, easily and quickly.

Hope you'll understand what I wrote, my english level, it's a bad one.

I have never been sure why there are Lists when everything in a List could be in an Schedule. And you can export schedules directly to Excel.

With my experience I can say that if using lists, you are allowed to create custom format list which is not possible with schedule. in addition if you link an ArchiCad element like[beam, wall, roof, object, etc] to a property object, I don't know if you are able to list components or descriptors using schedule.

Best regards,
