I would also like that Property Manager allows us to populate IFC Scheme using its standard value types.
Otherwise, we need to us mapping rules to populate them. It works, but it could be a more efficient workflow.
I don't think this is currently possible.
Maybe one of the reasons is that Properties in ARCHICAD are always single values, while IFC Properties can have many value types, so in such a case, even if an IFC Property was converted to an ARCHICAD Property there would be data loss.

This would be a good wish if you want to create one.

<T>Hi, i am trying to get my custom Psets in IFC scheme to show in the property manager. Is this possible?
my goal is to populate one of my custom Properties from Psets in IFC scheme.</T>

Is that so?
Mapping gives more flexibility when setting up workflows. It's good that in AC22 Properties get much more functions and all concat made with mapping can be done using AC Props. However, even when IFC Props will be finally replaced by AC Props you will have to map them somehow into IFC structure.

Personally, I think is one of the best features of AC that you can map all IFC Props yourself. Since AC22 Export and Import. Comparing to other software where those functionalities are hardcoded is sometimes really hard to figure out what values come from where… usually, there is no or bad documentation as well. Also, Laszlo has right you have AC_Props with default variants.. there is no way to store this kind of data in IFC standard.
