<T>Hi,
I'm having an issue in AC19 where the project fails to export a 3DS - it just sits there spinning. It happily generates OBJ or DXF files, but I need 3DS for my purposes.

The folder shows some empty scratch files that get created, but no real idea why it doesn't export correctly - it doesn't give any clues.

I have to crash out every time. Any suggestions?</T>

Hi, it could be probably because the file is too heavy?
Try exporting the file by part, divide the model by groups layers, like walls and slabs in one export and then architectural details and roofs in other export, etc. And then you will join then in the program you are trying to import the file.
