Handrail 2D view on Schedule

Hi everyone,

I have been unable to understand why the 2D preview of handrails in a Schedule is giving me back those 4 lines as you can see in the image.
I have tried repairing the file and also drew a handrail that comes by default in Archicad without changing any parameters and still have this issue.
I appreciate any help.

Thank you very much for sharing the problem!

Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce the issue, using the latest updates for Archicad 22, 23 and 24. I'm wondering which Archicad version (and language) you are using? Is there a special way to reproduce the problem?

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. We are using Archicad 23, 4006-FRA. But it's also true that this file was upgraded from AC22.
Either way, this is just on this particular file so it might be something off on the parameters of the handrail. If I find the same error with other files I will upload it.
