Oh, yes, now I remember how this is.

I had this issue before and asked the guys at GS.
They said that these "All Object Types", "All Lamp Types", "All Door Types", "All Window Types" criteria are there only in the Templates. Don't ask me why.
What you can do is

1. Start a new Project from a default Template.
2. Export the "Object Inventory" Scheme from the Scheme Setup Dialog.
3. Import the Scheme to your Project.
4. Modify the criteria.

Do not change the "Element Type" criteria value from "All Object Types" to some other value because than you will not be able to select it again from the list as it is just not there.

Another one of those ARCHICAD things.

You can actually export all these Schemes with these special criteria into an XML and import into a PRoject whenever needed.

<R>This will be a simple one for somebody

I want to make a new schedule with "All Object Types" criteria as in the attachment.
But when I select "Element Type" then go to choose "All Object Types" from the drop down it is not there!
How do I select that option?</R>

Laszlo: yours actually says "All Types" not "All Object Types" like Rogerdodge. I do not have the "All Object Types" option, but then I have the MEP add-on installed, which adds each MEP object type (Duct, Bend, etc.) to the list when I click on "More..." at the bottom of the list. I cannot get the "All Object Types" option.
1. Export the Scheme that has the criteria you need.
2. Rename the Scheme.
3. Import the Exported Scheme.

With this you effectively will duplicate the Scheme that contains the criteria you need.

It works for me:

1. I Export "Object Inventory".
2. In the Scheme panel of the Dialog, I change "Object Inventory" to Object Inventory2".
3. I import the XML I just exported. A new Scheme named "Object Inventory" appears in the list. Also, I have the renamed scheme named "Object Inventory2".

Works both in AC18 and AC19.
