Well, as the totals are not real areas, the good thing is that in Excel, they don't add themselves to others when included in sums... I think it's the best way to have them export... hope they don't change it.

<T>Hi!
The suffix "m2" in Archicad Schedule is a big problem for me. I'm trying to create a master Excel spreadsheet composed by several Archicad schedules and the field "grand total" with the suffix "m2" is not a valid number in excel. Is there a way to make a "grand total" areas without the suffix "m2"?
Thanks!</T>

Solved: I exported the Archicad schedules as txt and I linked in excel master spreadsheet moving automatically the suffix "m2" to another column, that way I can use the grand total only as number.
