ArchiCAD to 3DS MAX live link software

Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone has information about an up to date script/plugin for 3ds max for importing and updating geometry from ArchiCAD.

I was using (and still am) Mirza Tools script that imports AC geometry and if there are changes - you remodel them in AC and update them in MAX via the plugin. Unfortunately recent versions of Windows 10 and 3ds max makes it very hard to work with the script - almost impossible.

Than there was this DIN 3D but the guy ran into some personal problems and dropped the work on it around version 18 of AC.

I'm not looking for a free solution.
Any ideas?

Check again with Din3D, he has kept releasing updates to the plugin.

As a funny coincidence I received an email from the developer of the ArchiCAD Importer - Mirza Tools that they have developed a new version of the script. I'm currently testing it.

There is a free light version ( limit 7mo)
the complete version is for 50 USD.

Hello, this 3dsMax plugin is for importing and then updating easily Archicad models into 3dsMax:

The imported model will be like a virtual link where every material is one mesh.
Modifiers, materials and properties can be applied and will be kept at next import from Archicad.
No need for a special Archicad export plugin, the standard .Obj format is used.

The Mirza Link Manager has been updated, allowing multiple links to archicad models, and allowing instancing, moving and rotating linked models.
