Eduardo, thanks for the tip, but my setting was already the way i needed to be, the problem is AC not getting them.
I´m using the standard "cost" parameter from basic AC library parts, when i try to write the cost of a product using the point AC deletes it automatically.

When it comes to other numeric parameter like Area, it works perfectly with the thousand mark.

<T>is there a way to change the format for numbers in cell?
for instance, adding a point as thousands marker.</T>

Already checked, Archicad doesn't take the format from them.

I'm using Mac OS X and it isn't getting the format from the international settings. Anyway it should be editable my settings are not necessarily the way the client is asking for their schedules

Sadly it cannot be controlled separately.
Under Preferences ->Language and Region->Advanced->…
Restart Archicad for changes to take effect
There you can add any item as a thousands separator provided though AC might just recognize the basic ones (, . ')

You are correct.
Element Schedule does not use the formatting that Component or Surface Schedules do. This happens with Listing Items and with the New AC Properties when listing objects.
So it looks like a Bug and you should report it to your reseller.
