3D modell in dwg to archiCAD

By importing 3D dwg modell through MERGE /when I use xRef, it doesn't work me properly, I don't know why/, everything is imported as one big object.

Is there some way, that I can explode it in 3D?

One option is:
1. select the object
2. right click
3. Convert to Morph

I've already tried it, but it doesn't split object properly. Strange combination of single objects.

Other options:
- Try another type of export from the original program
- Try exporting by partial selection and layers so that you don't get one huge object and instead get lots of small ones.
