topic Room finish schedule in Collaboration with other software

<T>Hi,

I've been searching through old posts and it seems like making a room finish schedule that picks up all surfaces/building materials from walls, ceilings, slabs doesn't really work. But most of the post that I found were pretty old so I'm throwing out the question again. Is there a possible way to make an automatic room finish schedule, instead of writing it all manually?

Right now I have a schedule wich lists the surface of ceiling/slab/wall - but those fields just say "color 1" in all the field and I've tried changing surfaces on all the walls but it still says "color 1" - so I don't really know where the color 1 comes from. I feel like I'm pretty close to solving it, but can't get over the last threshold.

I'm working in Archicad 18.
