Try this:
On the Layout select the lines and move them in the Drawing Order to the Front, to make sure they are really in front of the place Drawing's boundary. Then save as DWG. Check if that makes any difference.

<T>Has anyone experienced, that if you have drawing on layout with Fit Frame to Drawing option, and export to DWG model space, that if a line on drawing lies exactly where the boundary of the frame is, in DWG this edge gets hidden behind invisible frame? Is there a way to avoid this, apart to manualy resize frame arround drawing? If there would be an Offset value to set?
If you later explode the lines in acad, lines gets visible again.</T>
