man - I wish I could help... have you had success so far in translating the ADT parts through IFC into usable 3D ArchiCAD data? Looks like we'll be working with another architect that uses ADT and it would be useful to have their 3D base building data.

<T>Hi,

I´m trying to import data from ADT to ArchiCAD 9.0 using IFC 2x2, but some data is missing. In this ADT model there are for example some property data attached to area-objects that doesn´t transfer to ArchiCAD. After data transfer those area-object are shown as zones in ArchiCAD, which is good. What can I do? How can I get those property informations to ArchiCAD?

Do you have any other tips for this ifc data transfer from ADT to ArchiCAD?

Hi,

Probably, you have to add Extended Properties instead of design properties.
