https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Collaboration-with-other/IFC-Building-Material-Mapping/m-p/259303#M33947 <DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"><T>Hi, <BR /> <BR /> I have been trying to get my IFC translator to pick up the building materials from my IFC and translate them to default ones but this is not working as expected.<BR /> <BR /> I go to the material mapping tab then merge from IFC and it adds the new ones which I then select to Metal: Steel or Concrete: Precast.<BR /> <BR /> After importing I still get new materials that were listed in my mapping translator scheme.<BR /> <BR /> Any help would be appreciated.
