Colors in point cloud?

Hi,
I'm doing my 2nd point cloud and this time I can't get any color in the point cloud model. All black. Any ideas? The screen shot is AC20 and Adesk Recap.

Thanks for the links. I browsed the INternet yeterday and found several post in this issue and it's e57+ArchiCAD that's the problem. I'll see if the measuring guys can send xyz instead. I use Recap for slicing the big model and it's working fine but I cant figure out if it can export xyz.

There is a free Point Cloud processing software called CloudCompare using which you can do a lot of things with your Point Clouds, hopefully also convert between formats:

I got an xyz and it worked great! Would also like e57 to work the same way. I'll take CloudComapre for a test as a cenversion tool.
