<T>We are experiencing problems when saving files from a MacPro (2x2,66 Xeon Intel/3 GB RAM) running OSX (10.4.8 ) on a W2003 SBS fileserver. When it saves it makes a new filename and a new copy of the file.

Have anyone had this problem?</T>

that has been controlled.

The problem only occurs from archicad, no other files from this user.

Ok. Apparently Archicad thinks the file that it has opened is read-only, so when you select the Save command, it defaults to Save As. I you're working in Teamwork, try to isolate the problem by creating a Solo project (.pln file), save it to the server, open it remotely like you describe, and save again. If the same issue occurs again, it's not a Teamwork problem.

It might be a bug. I'd contact the reseller and ask for support.

Thank you!

Somehow I solved it. I upgraded everything on the server, reestablished the user, aso. Now it works.
