There are a few videos in the Archicad Youtube channel.

<LINK_TEXT text="https://www.youtube.com/user/Archicad/s ... properties">https://www.youtube.com/user/Archicad/search?query=properties</LINK_TEXT>

I can't say which one in particular would be of the most interest without going through them all myself.

It is not something I have played around with a lot although I have dabbled.
My understanding is you must set a 'Classification' for your element - no classification = no properties.
Then you create a "Property' that contains the information you want.
It can even have an 'Expression' that calculates a required value, or it can just be a field that the user can type something into.
You then associate this 'Property' with your 'Classification' so the property is automatically applied to any element that has that classification.
The property will now be available for use in the schedules.

Create a Property with this value and make it available for Zones. The Property can then be displayed both in a Zone Stamp and in Schedules.

If 'Adaptable' is already a custom text parameter in the zone stamp, then you should be able to 'ADD' the actual zone stamp parameter to the schedule.

Click on the arrow next tot eh 'Add Fields' button and choose 'Library part Parameters'.
Then browse for your zone stamp and find the custom text parameter.

Thanks both of you! I found it in the Libraries Properties etc.

If there isn't a property already how can I add one Barry? Is there a Youtube or similar guide?

Maybe the best would be to watch the Archicad YouTube Channel playlist on Properties. You should find the answers to your questions and more:
