<T>How could I export 3D model from ArchiCAD to Sketchup or 3DS, when I need to export two separated models, one for existing situation and one for planned status?
There is no option window when using Save As in 3D window.</T>

I am not 100% clear on what you are trying to do.
Are you saying you want to save one model from the 3D window, but preserve the renovation status of the elements?
If so you can't do that.
Saving from the 3D window saves just what you see there, so if it is hidden you won't be able to save it.
Even if the reno status is set to show all in 3D window, I don't think it will save the reno status for each element - again I think it just saves what you see on screen.

Otherwise you answered your own question - save two models.

Maybe saving as an IFC file will preserve the reno status of each element?
I have no idea if sketchup or 3DS can import an IFC model or even if they can utilise the reno status of an element.
