Frame Depth in Door Schedule

Looking for help in setting up a tabular door schedule. Improvements have been made over the last several versions for listing elements but still unclear on 'frame depth'. We typically like to show this on the schedule as it is helpful to the contractor and our team when checking shop drawings. For openings (windows and doors) that include the +1" for wrap around condition it does not include this additional inch in the frame depth field. So when a wrap around frame is placed in a 7 1/4" wall it shows up as 7.25" in lieu of 8 1/4" the actual depth. Not sure why? Is there a way to fix this with an expression? IF 'wrap around' THEN +1". I can't seem to figure that out so any help is appreciated. Also minor thing but this field ('frame depth') lists items in decimal inches in lieu fractional inches per my project preferences dimension style. Not the end of the world but is this hardcoded into the object. The thickness field shows up properly with fractional inches.

It’s not easy to answer your question because the terms you are using are kind of ambiguous. Looking for help in setting up a tabular door schedule.
Do you mean Interactive Schedule or List?
Improvements have been made over the last several versions for listing elements but still unclear on 'frame depth'. In the ArchiCAD fields for doors and windows this is called “Frame Thickness” - if that’s what you mean by frame depth.

Wrap around condition? Do you mean jamb extensions on three sides? Rough Opening?

It’s not clear where you want the extra inch to be. Clearance? A window or door can have a Frame Thickness which is not the same as the Wall Thickness. For example wood doors come in 4 9/16” or 5 9/16” jambs. If the wall is thicker than that you can use jamb extensions (this can be shown with the door and window objects) or, the window opening might be “wrapped three-sides” and have a “Stool” (in ArchiCAD speak”).

There is no such Field for Doors/Windows called “frame depth”. Also, when the Door/Window jambs/frames are not the same thickness as the wall they are in, it is a good idea to show both “Frame Thickness” and “Wall Thickness” by way of confirming that they are to be the same, or not the same.

As for the dimensional display issue. When you “Save View and Place on Layout” (Alt+7) or drag and drop a Schedule into a Layout you can right-click on the Schedule to “Modify Source View Settings”. This is how you can assign any Dimensioning Preference to any Schedule.
