I just came across a new Add-On for ARCHICAD:

It is doing landspacing. Has anyone had any experience with it to give us a review of its capabilities and how well does its job?

I had the same thought. I think the number of people/companies willing to pay almost 600 euros per year for an ARCHICAD landspacing Add-On is pretty limited.
I also think it is unfortunately that it is subscription-only, there is no perpetual licence option. I don't think that is a good direction in terms of pricing.
