Interoperability: Exported Property values are different from the schedule.

Dear All,

Please see the screen shots.
The top table is the one exported from archicad.
The bottom table image is the one generated in Archicad24.
Values in column Existing Carpet Area (Area) are different.

When the table is saved in Excel using File/ Save As command values come correct.

Is this a problem of EXCEL or ?

I believe Carpet Area is not one of the default parameter, but a custom one. Could you share with us the file your are working on for further investigation? Please let me know if you'll need a secure place to upload your file.
