02:  Run the Cadimage Installer, and choose the option to Reset Installation Settings.&lt;BR /&gt;
03:  Go to Windows Explorer or MacOS Finder and the following folders&lt;BR /&gt;
   For Windows:&lt;BR /&gt;
     C:\Program Files\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD xx\Add Ons\ – delete the folder Cadimage Tools&lt;BR /&gt;
     C:\Program Files\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD xx\ArchiCAD Library xx\ – delete the folder Cadimage Library xx&lt;BR /&gt;
     If you cannot see the Program Data folder, you can enable hidden files as explained in this article. &lt;BR /&gt;
   For MacOS:&lt;BR /&gt;
     Finder\Applications\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD xx\Add Ons\ – delete the folder Cadimage Tools&lt;BR /&gt;
     Finder\Applications\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD xx\ArchiCAD Library xx\ – delete the folder Cadimage Library xx​&lt;BR /&gt;
04:  Clear the cache folder as explained in our article How to clear ArchiCAD’s Library Cache&lt;BR /&gt;
05:  Launch the Cadimage Installer and install your choice of Cadimage Tools.&lt;BR /&gt;
06:  Launch ArchiCAD to complete the Cadimage Tools installation.&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
