Archicad propreties interactivity

Hi mates,
I created a proretie that controls the state of the column in site, when construction is on process,
for exemple, the propretie is a drop down list, i select from several option : approoved, not build yet, to be demolished and so on,)
i want to use this criterias onsite,
using excel is not possible, exporting propreties don't export dropdown list, it just export the cell content
BIMx don't show propreties or send them back to archciad,
is there any solution ?

Hi bouhmidage,

1 - Create a property
2 - Do an Element schedule with this property
3 - Export it by Files/Interoperability/Class. and properties/Export(...)schedule
4 - In Numbers or Excel you have to write only right option about your property (if you do not write a option Archicad is able to understand, this one will be not import)
5 - Enjoy

It's a good solution and i already use it,
Now i'm trying to optimize or find a better solution, coz, on site, i don't have time to write propreties in excel,
Graphisoft should push in this way and think about a good solution, bimx can help if they add to it such a fonctionality,
Bimx would be agreat tool not just to visualize, but also to track project building
