Missing "Download & Open from BIMcloud..." button - BUG

Hi,

For most of office and remote users have missing button "Download & Open from BIMcloud..." that is located in:

File > Open > Download & Open from BIMcloud... is Missing. People cannot open files from BIMcloud server 😞

AC25 build 4013 INT & AC25 build 4013 NOR versions.

Which BIMcloud version do you use? If it is BIMcloud Basic, then it is valid that you can't see this menu,

Hello,

We are using several servers one of them in full BIMcloud client and another is BIMcloud basic. How this issue can be connected to BIMcloud server type, how Archicad knows which servers I'am planning connect to ?

This feature requires BIMcloud User Licenses. If you are not connected to aBIMcloud or BIMcloud as a Service tenant, the menu is not available.

But why this is unavailable in Archicad while you can still go to browser and download these files from there, just it takes more time. Maybe this function can be available does not matter what license you have.
