The planning department for our county insists all submittals are in DWF format.

I have no difficulting publishing a sheet in DWF format, or even Save-As in DWF format.

When I open the newly-created DWF file in AC26, everything appears perfectly to me - the 1:40 graphic scale measures 1" and the overall sheet is exactly 24" x 36"

The County, however, insists that the DWF file only prints out as 8 1/2" x 11" on their end.

Are there settings that I am overlooking or some other way to export so they can print the sheet out as 24" x 36"?

I am at wits end and don't know what else to do. Thanks!

I don't know the solution to this, but maybe a workaround is possible: save them as DWG and then convert them to DWF in DWG TrueView, which is a free DWG Viewer and converter by Autodesk:
