Hello,

I was hoping to export the data in Archicad 26 to COBie classification and create a COBie spreadsheet.

I found the files for AC22 on the Graphisoft website. Also, I couldn't find the COBie toolkit.

Can you direct me to where I can find these resources?

The model is in AC26 and the team is using PCs (windows).

Hello Ana, I have the same problem with AC28.

Did you solve this problem with AC26?

Does anyone Knows how to solve this? We want to export the data in Archicad 28 to COBie spreadsheet.

As there is no other answer, I can tell how I do it.

I export IFC to Solibri and create COBie spreadsheet there.

I didn't find the way to do it directly in Archicad.

There is no way to do it directly from Archicad.

There is no way to do it via IFC and schedules in BIMCOLLAB.

There is a way to do it through IFC and BLENDER BONSAI, but the COBie sheet it exports is not the latest version of COBie (V3).

I’ve tried with Speckle and Python, but I couldn’t manage it.

The next natural step, as Piotr says, should be to do it with Solibri.
