For some reason Sketchup files appear to drop into my Archicad but don't actually show up. This is just happening today. Any idea of a solution?

All layers are on?

Is it a newer version Sketchup file and an older version of Archicad, and they are just not compatible?

Are you just using the 'Merge from File' command?

Hi Barry, sorry to reply so late. I had replied to an email, but didn't notice that my replies got kicked back.

I don't have a layer issue, but the latest 3D warehouse has been compatible with my other Archicad 27 files just not this one. It's weird because I copied and pasted some artifacts from earlier drawing files into the one I'm having trouble with and they pasted and shoed up just fine.

Maybe the latest warehouse isn't compatible with Archicad 27. I'll try the "merge from file command" and see if that works. Thanks for responding.
