As Ben said, no PLN viewer.

However, other options include:

1. Viewing a document set

a) publishing the Layout book to PDF
b) Publishing the Layout book or just ArchiCAD views to the Web in DWF with built-in viewer

2. Viewing the 3D model

a) Zermatt, find it on the Forum
b) Shockwave plugin, by Dunako, also discussed here
c) EON Reality viewers (not cheap), also discussed here
d) VRML export

What do you exactly need the viewer for?

You can give anyone a copy of your installation CD for AC 9. Without a keyplug, ArchiCAD (and PM) will run in Demo mode ... and can open and view PLN and other files. You cannot print or save/export, but can view.
I haven`t known the differents bitween any types of Archicad`s files yet. I want to view pln (and the others) files which were made in Archicad and print them only. It`s more important for me to know about viewers than use Archicad without licences.

p.s.
For instance i have got a big library of Archicad files without distibutive and how i can print & view that.
Don`t write about buying Archicad (It`s very expensive for me),please .

If you want to view and print ArchiCAD files, you should get the person with the ArchiCAD file to save PDFs for you.
It is vectorial data, you can zoom on it, the PDf can be saved at 600 dpi or more, and you can print it.
