Is anyone else having problems accessing cigraph.com? I've been trying occasionally for the last month or so with no luck.

Yes I have been trying to access the Cigraph site several times over the past few weeks to update to the new Architerra release but it appears to be permanently unavailable

<T>I posted these questions a couple of months ago on the Cigraph site, but haven't received any response, so I'm posting them here in hope of feedback:

1)Within the Stair Selection Settings dialog, under "Display UP/DOWN Strings", there is an eye icon and a pulldown with two options: "- - -" and "UP/DOWN". Is this a layer setting for the text strings (and arrow)? I can't seem to figure out what this setting does.

2)The height of the left rail is always equal to the height of the right -- is this intentional, or a bug? In the US, a (wall-mounted) handrail is 34-38 inches above the nosings, and the rail at the inside of the stair (guardrail) must be a minimum of 42 inches high.</T>

1. the pop-up menu for the UD-DOWN string is just related to this issue and not to the arrow display status. The string "- - -" means no string.

To hide the arrow line you should choose the oen n.0 in the proper dialog window (see attached image).

2. You cannot define two different height for the left/right handrail (I put this into the list of the next implemente features).

In any case there is a workaround (just a bit boring but it works):
1. enable just the left (or right) handrail in your stair and define the required height.

2. make a copy of the stair in the same position

3. select this copy and enable just the other handrail by setting a different height value

4. hide anything using the proper dialog window (no tread, no riser, no stair body) and you will display just the handrail

Friendly
When do you think ArchiStair 2 will out?
The most important add-on for AC in my opinion.
