Does anybody have some workaround for this little silly and unfortunate feature?</T>

I found out the following workaround to get multiline textfields:

1. Call your Schedule
2. Format-Options set to "Entire Schedule"
3. At the M overline and underline, which is the cells height, set a value so that 2 or 3 lines can fit into it, e.g. 20mm
4. Set Columns widths as desired, so that parts of text are cut
5. Set Text heigth (M without lines) in "Entire Schedule" to a lower value that all text fits completely in the columns
6. (mark nothing), "Edit --> Copy"
7. Open 2d plan view: "Edit--> Paste". Now the list is in the floor plan in ArchiCAD as editable ArchiCAD elements.
8. Mark all the text and set the Text height back to the correct height.
9. Voila: Long Text is broken to multiple lines
