topic door tag that shows zone tag and door ID in Collaboration with other software

<T>I tried the door marker that will display the zone tag number where the door marker is located and the door ID (in case there are 2 or more doors into one room. I thought -Great - it's like automatic door numbering. I made a door schedule that would find the door ID and the zone tag.

The problem is the plan shows the door tag number as where the door tag is in plan and the schedule shows the zone tag number the door opens up to and not where the door tag is. How stupid is that. Am I doing it correctly or is there a better way?

Thanks,
I abandoned associating the door number with the zone when I discovered the the door inherits the number of the zone it swings into (which is not always appropriate) and there can be discrepancies between the door number in plan and how it is scheduled, depending on the location of the tag. I manually number doors via their ID.
