However, I found out that the DWG viewer &lt;B&gt;eDrawings&lt;/B&gt; from Solidworks also Saves As&lt;B&gt; .stl&lt;/B&gt;  &lt;BR /&gt;
This program is free and cross-platform (there is a MacOSX version too)&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>I think to make an STL file you'll need to save out to other software - maybe save as 3DS or DWG.  I know Solidworks can import both of those and save out as STL.  Probably Inventor can as well.  And maybe even Autocad...&lt;BR /&gt;
