And you're positive that the scheme in the preview window is exactly the same name as the scheme you were editing in the edit window? (Just because you edit a scheme does not mean that when you are finished editing that that is the scheme that will be displayed in the preview.)

If so, you should document exactly what is in the scheme, what fields you tried to add, and send that info in a report to tech support for them to investigate. Like I said earlier, not a situation I've ever run across.

<T>I created a door and window schedule with about 8 fields each, and all was well, until I tried to add one last field: "cost"
When I returned to the preview page, several of my fields had disappeared!
Anyone know wutz goin' on here?</T>

Have never heard of this behavior. Is it possible that the scheme that you edited has a different name than the scheme you are previewing?

The other possibility is that you were editing the scheme for a placed schedule by selecting the schedule first and then went back and tried to place another similar schedule. (Or vice versa - edited the schedule scheme and then tried to update a placed schedule.) Note that placed schedules store their own private copy of the scheme ... so editing a placed schedule is 100% independent of editing a scheme.

Hopefully one of the above will resolve your mystery?

Cheers,
