topic ArchiCAD Freezes on Citrix in Collaboration with other software

<T>We're using ArchiCAD 10 with the 1010 hotfix on a Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server version 4.0 for Windows. The windows 2000 server it's running on has 8gb memory.

Right now, we have one user on this MetaFrame server running Archicad in a remote office. At first, it seems to run well, but over a span of 3 hours, certain glitches consistently show up.

The pet pallette disappears.
The tooltip box for the measurement tools disappears.
The text box for the text tool disappears

Finally, around about 2.5 to 3 hours into work, the program freezes entirely. When the user closes out of ArchiCAD and logs back in, she has about an hour before these problems manifest again...

Is there any kind of caching files or memory issues in archicad that could be causing this?

I've read help about the Autosave folder, Cache folder, and Temporary folder, but the way I read it, these folders relate mostly to 3d functions and the user in question is doing 2d floorplans exclusively...

Has anyone else encountered these problems? Any suggestions or black magic that I can try?</T>
