Djordje,

I have the add-ons under the root (archicad) folder I have not changed the installed folder structure but have simply added archistair and cadimage apx's. I think the loaded libraries dialogue is confusing.

<T>Folk,

I am experiencing problems loading ArchiStair. I have had email exchanges with Fabrizio but have not solved the problem. I am using the latest version of Archistair w/ AC 10 on a Mac os10.4.9. I have the Archistair folder in my 'Add-ons' folder. That is not enough apparently because when I try to access archistair (open the palate), it reloads the library and places a copy of the archistair library in the loaded libraries portion of the library dialogue box. I then get an alert that I have two copies of Archistair loaded. Any ideas?</T>

Maybe you do have two instances loaded? Can we have the screenshot of your AddOns folder?

Gjordje, thanks for your quick response. This shot is after I accessed Archistair and the library manager reloaded the library adding the Archistair library as a separate entity even though it already resides in the Archistair folder in the add-ons folder.

Hmmmm ...

AFAIK the AddOns folder should NOT be in the loaded libraries. It should be under Archicad folder. The library should also not be under the loaded libraries folder.

You have a housekeeping problem here If you are in contact with Fabrizio, just ask him what is the intended folder layout, set it, and all will be well.
