There does not appear to be any Paste Special options available from there. Make sure the columns are justified to the right width though the space between columns comes in as tabs. Currently doing Hospital room data sheets<BR /> Regs<BR /> Mark<BR /> For access reports, cant you just link to the pdf files of them and place them on the plan/layout?
