Cadimage, can not download AC11 add-ons?

Anyone has been able to get to buy & download cadimage add-ons for ac11 (key notes). As usual I am having problem with their web site links, and tech support does not answer?!

I bought/upgraded D&W Builder just the other day. No problem.

What browser are you using?
When I tried using the site with firefox (on mac) there were problems with the download links. Safari worked fine however.

On Safari & can not get it working.

tried-and-tested safari, or safari 3 public beta?

i was able to download with safari 3 the other day without problems . . .
