What's happened to Cigraph?

Haven't seen much activity on the Cigraph website since around June. No bug fixes, new products, etc.

Did Fabrizio just wear everybody out?

In archiradar it said about 2 new products they are making, but i didnt understand what it was.

And we also have to take into account that if AC10 is to be out in Feb, then they have to wait for the new version .

Hi to everybody,

here I am... no trouble.
We are just a bit busy in the releasing of two new add-ons ArchiPanel (false ceiling and floating floor ) and ArchiMap (interior as-built survey inside ArchiCAD) and we are also waiting for the API Dev Kit for ArchiCAD 10 in order to compile, test and release the new compatibility updates for our add-ons.
About bug fixing: we didn't receive any bug report about the current versions so... no bug fixing versions!

Of course if you need any info, help or anything else, here I am.

ArchiTerra 3.0 it's quite ready: the software is in going to the beta testing phase, now we are writing (and then translating in the usual 5 languages) the user manuals.
It will be a real major update with a lot of new functions...

To make your bug department feel wanted - and to create an upgrade - I've got something in Archistair.

A 'U' shaped stair apparently needs to have distance between the two flights. Page 6 and 7 of the manual doesn't say this but Total Width (C) must be more than the sum of the widths of the flights (A+F). This could affect dimensioning. Only 0.1mm is required but many of us have our measurements set at whole millimeters. A nuisance which must be fixed, or at least mentioned in the manual.

We are doing some site work and parcel subdivisions.

I've pulled out my ArchiTERRA 2.0, for AC-8.0. Is there a more recent version of ArchiTERRA that I might download that would work with AC 9.0?

Winter is already coming and how about ArchiTerra 3???? I have to mention that I'm trying to pay the 15 euros for the ArchiTerra to AC10 upgrade, and I just can't finish the purchase!!! And I don't get replies from the site (yes, I sent mails). The Cigraph site annoys me, it has no instructions how international companies should do the payment, lots of bugs... and in my point of view, this is really bad to the product reliability!!!!

About ArchiTerra 3:
Unfortunately the big delay came from the fact that, in the meanwhile, also ArchiCAD 10 came out.
Before we waited for its release and then, unfortunately we had to wait also for the Mactel releases.
Next month it will be available for all the users (and for all the OS).
I just want to remember that who bought ArchiTerra 2.0 in the three months before ArchiTerra 3.0 come out will get the update free of charge.

Sorry again for all the inconvenient you get from our site.

thank you so much for answering! I finally did the purchase this morning, now let's see how it works on AC10. The next time I have problems with the site I'll directly send mails to Claudio (poor Claudio )
I hope you can release ArchiTerra3.0 soon!!!
