I am on Mac platform, my reseller tried it on Window platform the same file with out any problem and Tech Support does not return the call. I am using the default translator. Apparently the fonts are txt.shx that are in the files, even when I do not say skip and point to this font I still get the ???? in place of text. DWG files translate the fonts properly. Did not have this problem in AC8.1.
