You can edit the elements in the schedule as any team member. You just need the layers those elements are on signed out.

If you want to edit the schedule settings, then you need Team Leader with Exclusive access.

Schedules in Teamwork

<T>I cannot seem to modify schedules when working in teamwork. The OK button in the lower right corner is NOT an option.

I have signed in as both a team member and/or team leader with no success.

I cannot even import a schedule created outside of this file.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

The old fashioned calculations are stored as a library part (suffix 'LIS') and can be modified by any ArchiCAD file / team member that has the library loaded. For this reason it many times is more usable than a schedule.
