<DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"><T>I have tried to get the amount of wallsurface in a specific room. I used a zone and gave "zone height" a value. Then I showed zones in 3D and trimmed the zone. I used a schedule to sum the surfaces, but the result is higher then it should be. Is there a better way to go or have anybody else had the same problem?</T></DIV>

You have to use zone that are connected to the walls and you have to update your zone after the walls are trimmed.
