LINES IN COMPOSITE STRUCTURES

I have upgraded from archicad 8.1 to 9 on windows xp pro. The lines of my composite structures do not display their allocated pen colors, they are all thin grey lines. In the default setting menu I have clicked the tick boxes for composite fill color, contour line and separator line but to no effect.

the default settings will apply to all new walls built. have you selected all of your walls and then opened the wall settings and clicked the boxes . . ?
