Warning! Cannot Open File.

I'm trying to open a PM9 LBK in AC10, and I'm getting the above warning. I merged an AC9 project early today and it worked fine. This one won't do it. I just tried a different, larger file and it worked fine. It also opens in PM9 fine.

I have searched the form and read the Wiki on migrating to AC10, no help.

I started AC10, browsed to the file, selected it. It starts loading the libraries, then when the AC10 screens come up the warning appears and the files doesn't load.

I've succeded with other files this one won't work.
